    I would not be surprised that your opinion about these free e-journals mostly published by universities would be very low.
    In that case you are in good company, Steven Harnad, the
    OA evangelist don’t give them much credit.

    I like “Communications of the IBIMA” as a title, as if “the IBIMA” is an association like The ACM. I should start “Communications of the Ben”!
